• Manage training schedules to ensure consistent training revenues in line with the annual business plan
• Consult with licensee partners to create bespoke learning solutions for their organizations, partnering with them to drive performance, develop their people and to grow revenue and profit.
• Promote and sell the Licensee L&D function developing a sustainable pipeline and client base to secure the future of the Licensee L&D function. Conferences, calls, webinars, emails and personal relationships will be key elements of the selling process.
• Manage and control the commercial offerings to ensure a cost neutral performance by charging on a per delegate basis and covering all cost incurred by the team.
• Increase the reach of the Licensee L&D function into smaller markets globally while ensuring a cost neutral position.
• Manage the billing process keeping accurate accounts of the costs and fees chargeable and non-chargeable to the License Network.
• Manage the implementation of Workday Learning as the key Global Training delivery method, aligning the Licensee community with the Corporate business, finding a balance between classroom & digital learning.
• Delivery of Classroom Training Sessions, both physical & virtual as and when required
• Increase the Digital learning (Workday) penetration across the Licensee markets growing revenues generated from licenses sold.
• Working closely with peers in the Corporate OD Team to drive alignment and consistency across the two communities
• Assisting in the development of new content for the Licensee network

You should apply if you bring:

• Knowledge of rental car business is preferable, excellent understanding of business drivers, and expertise in either Business Development, Commercial, or Operations
• Ability to create and develop relationships, to network
• Experience of project / team management
• Helicopter view with ability to drill down in details, understanding of market dynamics
• Understanding of financial statements, and key commercial, financial and operational KPIs
• Understanding of bargaining power, experience of sale and negotiations
• Good understanding of power bases, coalition building, and influence
• Spanish fluency is mandatory and French fluency preferred.

Travel:

• Requires moderate – frequent travel across the region, occasionally also during weekends
