After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the roleAs a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern, you will support the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and performance. You’ll collaborate with the L&D team and other departments to research learning methods, assist with content creation, coordinate training sessions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.What you will do

• Support the development, organization, and delivery of employee training programs and learning initiatives
• Assist in creating engaging training content including presentations, guides, and e-learning modules
• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions, including scheduling, communications, and materials preparation
• Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading content, tracking learner progress, and troubleshooting issues
• Conduct research on industry best practices, new learning tools, and methodologies to inform L&D strategies
• Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to support team-wide development goals

What you bring

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• A passion for learning, employee development, and helping others grow professionally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
• A proactive and collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with LMS platforms or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate, Captivate) is a plus
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about L&D strategies, tools, and technologies

Schedule & Hours:

• Seasonal contract, full Time, 40 hours per week, with consecutive and rotating shifts (including early mornings, days, evenings and weekends).
