Working with us as a Lecturer in Electrical Power Systems
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as Lecturer in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, as we deliver inspirational and engaging teaching and project supervision and help drive strong outcomes for our undergrad and postgrad students.
Are you highly motivated, independent, and passionate about research and teaching? And are you committed to producing high-quality, impactful research outputs?
We’re welcoming applications from people at the beginning of their academic career as well as more experienced practitioners who can already demonstrate leadership in research, teaching, and enterprise.
We are particularly keen to receive applications from people with experience of Electrical Power Systems Engineering and a background in electric and hybrid vehicle power train systems will be essential. Having experience across a range of teaching and research in Electrical & electronic Engineering would be an asset.
Ideal candidates will have already gained a PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related topic and have experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in UK HE institution. However, we are also interested in hearing from suitably qualified candidates from industry who can demonstrate equivalent experience and ability.
