Faculty of Health, Social Care and Education School of Social Work and Mental Health is offering an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Nursing Lecturer Lecturer (Practice) in Mental Health Nursing.The Mental Health Group within the School of Social Work and Mental Health is seeking to appoint a new staff member to join their successful, friendly and dynamic team. We welcome applicants who maybe joining from nursing practice. You will join a team with a strong tradition of delivering high quality, innovative mental health nursing programmes as well as a range of mental health postgraduate and CPD courses.Successful candidates will have a proven background in mental health nursing, alongside academic qualifications at postgraduate level. Working within the School of Social Work and Mental Health you will be part of a team delivering our successful BSc and postgraduate Mental Health Nursing pre-qualifying courses, with additional opportunities for teaching on our CPD offer.This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires a Disclosure and Barring Service certificate. You are therefore required to disclose details of any criminal record.
