No.: 7/NAUKA/KF/24Duties performed in the position:

• conducting educational activities as agreed upon with the Head of the Department of Finance, in accordance with the allotted teaching hours for the respective position in the academic year, including conducting classes in English,

• supervision of student organizations and projects,

• execution of administrative tasks as specified by the Head of the Department,

• initiating educational and training projects.

Candidate requirements:

• professional experience in the field of corporate finance, public finance, or banking,
• documented teaching experience,
• willingness to conduct a session as part of the recruitment process (45 minutes),
• in the case of a lecturer position: a master’s degree in economics, finance or management, and an additional advantage will be an MBA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA diploma or a doctorate in the field of economics and finance,
• in the case of the position of senior lecturer: having a doctoral degree in economics, finance or management,
• proficiency in English at level C1, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, enabling teaching in this language,
• proficiency in Polish at level C1, as defined by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, enabling teaching in this language,
• conscientiousness, independent thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and the ability to draw conclusions.
• openness to collaboration, communicativeness.
• availability to conduct classes on selected weekdays and weekends,
• readiness to indicate KU as the first place of work.

• full-time employment in the position of Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (300 hours of per academic year),
