Legal AdministratorSurreySalary dependent on experienceOur well established client is seeking a Legal Administrator to provide full support to one of the Partners within their busy commercial property department.Duties:

Prepare correspondence using a case management system
Deal with clients both on the telephone and in person
Use filing systems to the open, close, store and retrieve client files
Maintain good relationship with new business introducers
Guide clients with the initial first steps of their move
Associated administration

Key Skills/Experience:

Ideally have some administration experience within Commercial Property
Possess a high level of accuracy
Have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking with clients both on the telephone and in person
Have the ability to work under pressure
Be a team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm
Be highly organised, methodical and adaptable
