Key responsibilities include invoice processing, handling meeting and travel arrangements, supporting with user access and changes required to legal systems, document preparation, reporting, facilitating the execution of documents, and maintaining legal and compliance resources.Your ImpactInvoice and Shopping Cart Management. Travel and Accommodation Arrangements: Book travel, manage expenses, arrange meetings, and send invites.DocuSign Process Management: Complete DocuSign processes for commercial contracts/documents not requiring legal review and ensure proper filing. Legal system administration: Add/remove user access, reset passwords, manage access reviews & changes to inactive approvers.Make necessary amendments to templates or documents as directed, search for archived documents or existing contracts with vendors and update legal function work trackers as directed.Ensure all resources on SharePoint are up to date. Update entity tracker and legal entity tools to reflect changes to entities, directors and shareholders. Collect and report quarterly litigation data.
