We’re seeking an experienced Legal Advisor to manage a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. You’ll be joining a friendly, dynamic team that values high standards of client care, collaboration, and personal growth. • Managing your own caseload of sale and purchase matters
• Advising clients on legal issues related to property transactions
• Carrying out title checks, raising enquiries, and resolving complex issues
• Liaising with mortgage lenders, brokers, agents and other parties involved
• Drafting and sending contract packs and completion statements
• Reviewing and signing off files for exchange and completion
• Handling indemnity policies and reporting to lenders
• Using a case management system to progress matters efficiently
• Keeping up to date with legislation and sharing knowledge with colleagues

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Confident handling a varied caseload with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working across all stages of a transaction
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Positive, proactive approach to client care and teamwork
• Familiarity with case management systems
• A willingness to learn and contribute to team development
