You will be instrumental in supporting the existing client-facing products and providing legal support to in-house lawyers. Key Responsibilities: Assist the legal teams with managing projects, drafting responses, and restructuring documents. Conduct regular reviews of data sources, ensuring comprehensive monitoring across all jurisdictions. Edit and update content across a suite of products to maintain accuracy and relevance. Draft and send timely alerts to clients and manage daily news monitoring. Perform data quality checks and regular evaluations of monitoring processes to boost efficiency. Who This Role Is For: Paralegals with at least one years experience. Proactive, self-motivated individuals capable of working independently under pressure and learning new IT applications quickly. Team players who are looking to grow in a small, dynamic team environment within the legal technology sector. Candidates with a background in supporting legal teams, particularly those with an organised and methodical approach to work. Excellent communicators with strong analytical skills, able to manage significant information accurately and efficiently.
