Legal Assistant – Private ClientThameSalary dependent on experienceOur well-established client is looking for an enthusiastic and conscientious Legal Assistant to join their Private Client team, based at their Thame office.This is an exciting opportunity to excel in a Legal Assistant role within a firm that actively strives to be the best in industry and is committed to the development of its people.The successful candidate will have Legal Secretary, Legal Assistant or Paralegal experience within Private Client to include Probate, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trust work.Duties:· Provide administrative support to include file-opening, telephone management, filing/ archiving, photocopying, scanning and dealing with post.· Make appointments, arrange meetings and maintain an up-to-date diary for fee earner.· Assist with new client enquiries in reception and over the phone.· Draft documents and bills, under supervision, using appropriate precedents and templates to accurately reflect fee earner instructions· Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch, as well as scanning and emailing correspondence and documents.· Draft documents and bills, under supervision, using appropriate precedents and templates to accurately reflect fee earner instructions· Correspond with clients as required through telephone, email, letter and face to face in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.

Expected salary

£25000 – 27000 per year
