What do you have to offer?All round passion in [insert something around field] and a strong drive to [example of an outcome they work on]. But also:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or paralegal studies or 3+ years of experience in a legal operations or similar position, preferably in large, matrixed organization.
• Be tech savvy: experience with (legal) tech and strong interest to identify, implement and manage innovative tools fit for purposes. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
• Effective communication skills. Excellent knowledge of English (verbally and in writing). Good knowledge of other languages is considered to be an asset.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience or affinity with contracts is considered to be a plus.
• Organizational skills that allow you to plan and prioritize projects, proven track record of driving projects through the entire project life-cycle, experience with project and change management.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Hands-on and can-do mentality.
• Be a team player, yet able to work autonomously.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high level of integrity, professionalism, intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn and grow.

Which task can you expect?

• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate the operational and organizational aspects of the legal & compliance functions.
• Create, implement, manage and continuously improve processes and workflows to support the operational and organizational needs of a global legal & compliance organization.
• Assist in identifying, selecting and implementing tools (incl. legal & compliance tech) to streamline new or existing processes and workflows.
• Create, roll-out and manage supporting documents and trainings for processes and tools, based on design thinking.
• Define, develop, and manage overall project plans to ensure work is assigned and completed on time.
• Partner with multi-disciplinary teams across the organization to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Work closely with the Legal & Compliance team to drive ongoing strategic initiatives
