Role Overview:Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel (1-5 PQE) to join their global team. This role involves a diverse range of legal work, including:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts
• Ensuring regulatory compliance
• Reviewing marketing and promotional activities
• Supporting international projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on various contracts
• Handle dispute resolution
• Advise on company policies and structures
• Offer practical solutions to legal and commercial challenges

Qualifications:

• Training from a reputable law firm or in-house team and between 1-5 PQE in any of the following disciplines: commercial, corporate or commercial litigation.
• Highly motivated with strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
