Job description

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Company Lawyer in providing legal advice and support to internal departments and management.
• Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with industry regulations, laws, and precedents.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Assist in the management of corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Prepare and maintain corporate records.
• Collaborate with external legal counsel on specialized legal matters when necessary.
• Support the resolution of legal disputes and litigation matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
• Keep abreast of changes in the legal landscape that may impact the company and recommend necessary adjustments.

Legal Counsel|Multinational CompanyRequirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate or business law.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
