As a Legal Counsel in the life science industry, you will provide expert legal advice and support to ensure compliance and mitigate risks in the organisation. This position in Cheshire offers an opportunity to contribute to a thriving legal department within a respected company.As Legal Counsel you will be responsible for advising key stakeholders on commercial legal issues and drafting and negotiating a range of contracts such as:

• Contract manufacturing agreements
• Supply chain and procurement contracts
• Warehousing, logistics, and distribution agreements
• MSAs, service contracts, and NDAs

• A qualified solicitor or legal professional with a background in commercial law.
• Experience in the life science industry or a similar regulated sector would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
