We are looking for a dynamic Legal Counsel to join a top manufacturer based in the East Midlands. The role is ideal for a 1-4 year PQE commercial lawyer, offering the chance to work in a collaborative environment with a focus on career growth and professional development.The Legal Counsel will be:Providing commercial legal advice across various business areas.Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including supplier and customer agreements.Supporting with compliance and regulatory matters in the food sector.Assisting with dispute resolution and risk management.Collaborating with internal teams to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.Collaborative, warm culture with career development potentialOpportunity to join a thriving industry leaderThe Legal Counsel should be:A solicitor or equivalent with 1-4 years PQE.Strong commercial contract experience, ideally within a manufacturing industry.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to advise at all levels.Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks in the food industry would be advantageous.Our client is a well-established, award-winning leader in the manufacturing sector.
