Barclay Simpson have been engaged by a longstanding banking client in the city to recruit a Banking and Finance lawyer into a tight knit London based team.Having made multiple placements over the years with this client I will be able to provide in depth insights into what it is like to work there.This individual will be responsible for supporting the Bank’s EMEA regulated entities with a particular focus on the corporate lending and trade finance businesses across the region.The role will be best suited for a lawyer with at least 3-4 years PQE with a good understanding of Banking and Finance legal documentation and who has touched on Trade Finance.The role reports into a seasoned senior Director in the team and will be working closely with one other Banking and Finance lawyer in the immediate team.There will of course also be a good deal of interaction with other stakeholders (both lawyers and non) in the wider team.Please get in touch with your up to date CV to discuss further.
