• Provide pro-active, business minded and strategic legal advice to Hyundai’s divisions on a variety of exciting commercial and operational topics.
• Draft, review and negotiate contracts with external suppliers and continuously enhance Hyundai’s contract management.
• Provide full support on major projects of Hyundai starting from its creation until completion.
• Resolve out-of-court and litigation disputes of Hyundai’s organization in Europe.
• Manage legal risks for the Hyundai organization in cooperation with other legal teams of the Hyundai Group.
• Instruct and manage Hyundai’s external counsels in line with internal budget and quality requirements.

About you:An expert in your field, dealing with complex projects in ambiguous contexts is second nature to you. Confidently taking the lead on transformative initiatives, your technical knowledge and ingenuity will challenge convention and lead the way to better business decisions. Tomorrow? It’s what you make it. Your qualifications:

• 5 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in a business corporation and/or an international law firm
• Fully qualified lawyer (University degree and admission to bar in Germany preferred)
• Strong experience with corporate law and contract review
• International EU experience is considered advantageous
• Automotive industry and in-house legal operations experience is considered advantageous
