Our client, a Private Equity firm, are looking to hire a private funds lawyer to join their established legal team.The successful candidate will be working closely with the business on fund raising and structuring. Strategies include but are not limited to PE and credit. The role is broad as you will also be advising on other fund related ad hoc legal matters for the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to move in-house to an established and highly regarded team which offers exposure to high quality fund structuring work.Skills required

• Qualified lawyer with 3 – 7 years’ PQE gained in the investment funds team at a leading firm or in-house team at a PE house or investment manager.
• Strong fund structuring and raising experience
• Experience in PE funds and/or credit funds structuring would be advantageous.
