They make decisions quickly, and quite often, their deals are fast-paced. Their deal sizes vary from £50-200 million. This variety makes for an exciting workload.The RoleYou will work within a collaborative legal team of 3 on a mixture of Real Estate Finance & Corporate Real Estate focused tasks. Reporting into the Legal & Investment Directors and liaising with various teams across the business on a range of tasks, you will add great value to this high-performing legal team.You will assist in the structuring of financing arrangements, such as senior and mezzanine loans, JV transactions, and equity investments. This will require coordinating with external counsel to tackle loan agreements, security documents, and investment agreements. Another key part of this role is identifying and mitigating any tax risks. Furthermore, working closely with the Finance team to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to tax matters.You will also negotiate sale agreements, instruct external counsel to draft these agreements and oversee the due diligence process for potential buyers. You will also review and approve legal documentation related to site acquisitions, conduct due diligence on potential property deals, and work with external counsel to negotiate and finalise purchase agreements and other relevant contracts.Requirements:

• You need to be a qualified Solicitor 6+ PQE with experience in commercial property, real estate finance and/or corporate real estate
• Experience in Funding, Sales & Acquisitions
• A positive attitude and outlook are essential
