The Legal Director will play a key role at a renowned UK retail business based in Manchester. This position involves overseeing a wide variety of legal matters, including commercial contracts, litigation, and GDPR compliance.The Legal Director will be:

• Reviewing, drafting and negotiating range of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, licensing agreements, distribution agreements and consumer facing terms and conditions.
• Supporting on litigation, IP, employment law, regulatory and corporate governance work.
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR.
• Managing external counsel and ensuring efficient case management.

• A solicitor with 5+ years PQE, ideally with experience in retail or commercial sectors.
• Highly skilled in managing commercial contracts and handling litigation matters.
