Legal EA (Restructuring)Globally recognised US law firm, whose London presence is continuing to attract headlines, are seeking to hire a Legal EA into their Restructuring department in the London office to work with an industry renowned team, who have just had an arrival of yet another rainmaker Partner to the team! This role will primarily support 2 incredibly busy Partners who will heavily rely on their EA for daily schedules, travel and client focus:

• Salary to £60k
• Hybrid working (3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Legal EA (Restructuring) Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining cooperative working relationships within the office and practice groups, responding to clients, team members and legal professionals
• Organise complex diary, meeting and travel and itineraries
• Create PowerPoint presentations and charts for training and client pitches
• Assist with the billing, compliance, and expenses processes on behalf of the lawyers

Legal EA (Restructuring) Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5 years+ Legal EA/PA experience at a top City Law Firm (Restructuring / Corporate/ Finance / Funds)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office related software.
• Excellent teamwork and professional attitude.
