We are all foodies at heart and work together in a flexible, multicultural, and positive environment that provides everyone with space to grow, both professionally and personally.What will you do?In direct contact with operational staff, and supervised and trained by senior legal counsels, you will take part in the various activities of the Legal Department, in particular:

• reviewing, analyzing and drafting commercial contracts;
• drafting and reviewing game rules for B2C game contests;
• validation of visuals for campaigns and marketing communications;
• legal research and drafting of legal notes on specific points of commercial law, consumer law, personal data laws, new technologies laws, etc. ;
• managing pre-litigation and litigation;
• updating the department’s documentation and databases.

Who you are?

• You are an “élève avocat” with at least a Masters 2 or LLM (Business Law, Contract Law, New Technology Law, etc.); ideally you have completed your first work placement in a legal department or law firm.
• You have a very good level of English; a 3rd language is appreciated.
• A third language, a module in Anglo-Saxon, German or Italian law and experience in personal data law are pluses.
• You have good writing and summarizing skills and a practical rather than academic approach.
• You are a fast learner and have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
