The IQVIA France Legal Team has a special project for which we need your support.

As Legal Intern, your main missions will include (but will not be limited to) :

• Design a user-friendly repository of signed contracts for IQVIA France
• Manage the IQVIA Contract Templates, updating with necessary information (e.g.: General Terms, DPA, Vendor Security Standard, & ABAC clause…), update a Master Template Catalog in order to track all the legal templates used, and make them accessible to the business
• Create “summary briefs” for executed Master Service Agreements, and map the scope of MSA’s according to the lines of business
• Implement new strategy in terms of electronic file names (create new standards, and update the existing legal files accordingly)

Profile:

We definitely want to hear about you if

• You are studying Law, any major related to the Health industry is a plus
• You are fluent in both French and English languages
• You are a friendly user of office package
• You have a rigorous way of working
• You have a strong sense of initiative and are a self-starter
• interest and knowledge of the pharma sector is a plus!

6 month internship to start ASAP, based in our offices in Courbevoie. School agreement is compulsory!
