EBPT Benelux (with approximately 300 employees) offers chemistry, microbiology, biosafety and other testing services to the pharmaceutical industry, and tests biologics as well as small molecule drugs.Job DescriptionAs a legal intern you will work as part of a small team to assist our businesses located all over Europe with commercial contract matters. Your tasks may include:

• Support in reviewing commercial contracts (e.g. NDAs, Services Agreements);
• Support in drafting documents;
• Updating, maintaining contracts database: input data, process reports;
• Analyze existing contracts and record key terms in a contracts overview;
• Familiarize yourself with our laboratory information management system (ELIMs) document management module;
• Familiarize yourself with company processes, procedures and policy documents.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor of laws or master of laws;
• Willingness to take on administrative tasks (such as inputting data into database);
• Excellent command of written & spoken English (other languages are a plus).
