Leírás 🏎️ Our partner is a company that develops software for self-driving cars. They want to implement self-driving cars mainly based on camera-based image processing, and are also experimenting with radar and lidar. Hungarian owned company, but absolutely American style, with a loose management, many American projects, with the possibility to move forward within the company.👉 Our Partner`s Legal and IP team is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive intern (20-24h/week) to their headquarters in Budapest. Tasks:🏛️ Contribute to our Legal and IP department’s daily operations 🏛️ Provide legal support with export control-related tasks, including the review and follow-up of purchase orders to ensure compliance with relevant regulations 🏛️ Assist in the review, coordination, and execution of various contracts, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), supplier and service agreements, and other commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legal requirements 🏛️ Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks including managing contract files and templates; scanning, uploading and organizing copies of legal documents, etc. 🏛️ Assist with reviewing and signing contracts (NDAs, supplier contracts, etc.) 🏛️ Prepare reports/ studies on various topics, like compliance-related guidelines and regulations 🏛️ Help with the Trademark and Patent portfolio management 🏛️ Close cooperation with other teams such as Procurement, Finance, IPRequirements:✅ Ongoing legal university studies for at least one more year✅ Availability of at least 20-24 working hours/week✅ Fluent English knowledge✅ Familiarity with Microsoft Office✅ Reliable, proactive and detail-oriented attitude✅ Flexibility, effective and efficient teamwork✅ Ability to communicate effectively across various teams and departmentsWhat Our Partner offers:🌍 Insight into a worldwide tech company`s day-to-day Legal and IP team activities🤝 You can be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamic team💡 Inspiring and supportive team environment⏰ Flexible working hours💸 Competitive student salary and bonus system🏋️ Fitness opportunities📈 Long-term job opportunity🎓 In-service training opportunity🍽️ Free lunch every workday, nearby at one of the best all-you-can-eat restaurants in Budapest or delivered by Wolt for Work🚀 Possibility of an immediate start🎉 Teambuilding events and other benefits for interns🎯 Creative individual tasks⏰ Working hours: Between 08:00-18:00, Home Office also possible 50-50% after training❗ A jelentkezés menete:1️⃣ Regisztráció a Schönherz.hu oldalon2️⃣ Schönherz.hu oldalon önéletrajz kitöltése*Amennyiben 25 éves elmúltál, a bruttó bérből 15% SZJA kerül levonásra.
