Selected candidates will be placed in a dynamic and innovative environment and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Your role:Your key duties and responsibilities· Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts· Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate· Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal argumentsOther dutiesWe might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.· Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 105+· Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firm· Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language· Strong organization skills· Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy· With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environmentWhat we offer:Permanent employment contract.Location:MilanImportant notes:According to the Italian Law ( ) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.
