If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the aviation industry, we welcome you to explore our job opportunities and become a part of our success story.Legal Manager (Commercial)Based in BudapestPurpose of the position:In your role as the company’s Legal Manager – Commercial, you will be the company’s dedicated legal manager for a broad range of commercial matters, including large procurement projects, revenue generating partnerships and strategic cooperation agreements. Crucially, you will be required to act as a true partner to the business, thinking out of the box and taking ownership of issues, always with a view to reaching the best possible commercial result.Duties and responsibilities:

• Act as main point of contact to the Commercial and Purchasing organization offering clear, pragmatic and creative advice that serves the Company’s commercial and strategic interests
• Draft and review contracts
• Manage projects, such as tender processes, complex commercial contracting
• Manage commercial disputes and related litigation
• Manage specialized external counsel across 20+ jurisdictions, and managing legal costs

Requirements:

• 6+ years post-qualification experience, of which at least 2 year at a reputable law firm
• Law degree with completed bar exams
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with commercial contracting, commercial litigation
• Ability to work with a high degree of independence
• Excellent execution and coordinating skills
• Pro-active and pragmatic attitude
• Ability to travel
