Job Description:You join the Corporate Social and Legal team that manages the legal affairs and Social Relations of companies as well as the integrated economic and social units of the Asset Wealth Management division. The team also participates in the legal framework and steering of the other subsidiaries of the cluster.On a daily basis, your duties include:

• providing legal advice on individual and collective aspects with legal research and drafting of summary notes on topics related to individual or collective labour law;
• Perform legal analysis of pre-litigation, litigation, disciplinary and departure files;
• Write legal documents (miscellaneous letters, amendments, etc.) ;
• Participate in the preparation of materials for meetings of various personnel bodies;
• Carry out legal monitoring with, where appropriate, an impact analysis for the company.

You report to the Head of Social Affairs at the Asset Wealth Management Division and contribute your legal knowledge to cross-functional projects.As a junior Social Law lawyer, you participate in the legal advice provided by the team to the Human Resources and business managers, in the management of individual and collective labour relations.#TransformativeFinanceThis position is based in Paris with the ability to work remotely.As a top employer, we put our people first.
