Legal PA We have an opportunity for an experienced PA to join a thriving firm in Cheshire. This is a full-time permanent position based in south Manchester, offering up to £3,000 per annum depending on experience. A fantastic opportunity to work for a vibrant and forward-thinking commercial law firm as part of their Executive Support team has just become available! The successful applicant will work alongside the firm’s partner to provide outstanding support to the firm’s fee earners. Key responsibilities of the role will include: * Managing correspondence including emails, phones and post in an accurate and timely manner; forwarding messages and escalating queries * Preparing and distributing documents in advance of fee-earner meetings, including agendas and itineraries * Diary and travel management, including arranging meetings, events and travel * File management and administration; ensuring compliance, drafting documents, and other administrative duties when required Prospective applicants must have previous experience in a supportive role ( PA) within professional services, ideally legal. Applicants must have excellent communication and organisation skills, be flexible and adaptable, have strong attention-to-detail and thrive working as part of a team.

Expected salary

£30000 – 33000 per year
