This is an alternative role which could be suitable for a number of different skillsets.You might be a Real Estate solicitor at an early stage in your career, who is interested in legal tech and thinking about moving into the future of law, i.e. in more of a legal tech and project management focused role.Maybe you are experienced in property portfolio management or another non-legal but process/tech driven or professional real estate job at the moment, and would be interested in transitioning to a team like this.Perhaps you are a paralegal or legal executive with years of experience of doing project management within real estate already.You might even be a legal project manager, in real estate or otherwise!Ideally this role will be based in Manchester or Birmingham so that you can work closely with Project Managers in these locations.This global law firm is particularly well known in the real estate space, with 25% of its turnover attributable to real estate and related work. Leaders in their field across a range of sectors, this firm deliver large, complex and high profile real estate projects for a blue chip client base.This is an exciting time to be at a firm which is at the cutting edge when it comes to legal technology, while also getting to work on some of the largest real estate mandates available.
