Working closely with an experienced colleague, you’ll tackle a variety of legal challenges: providing day-to-day assistance by answering queries from the business, offering comprehensive advice to colleagues, negotiating and drafting contracts that align with business requirements, and managing litigation when needed.We’re looking for someone who is well-organized, able to prioritize effectively, and skilled at managing multiple tasks. Your analytical mindset and ability to translate complex business needs into clear legal language will be essential in this exciting and varied role.Customer RelationshipPersonal EvolutionAutonomyAdministrative WorkTechnical ExpertiseResponsibilities

• Draft, review & negotiate contracts
• Legal assistance to support our activities
• Legal advice on specific legal matters (business, GDPR, IT, labour, corporate)
• Maintain & develop internal knowledge
• Ensure compliance with regulations (GDPR, NIS, ESG,…)

Must Have

• Law Master degree or higher
• Perfect French & fluency (B2-C1) in English
• Experience as in-house counsel or lawyer with focus on ICT
• Curiosity and interest in IT
• Autonomy
• Legal, analytical and synthesis skills
• Valid work permit for Belgium

Nice to have

• Completion of trainee-ship as qualified lawyer
• Additional languages
