OutThere are working with a Firm specialising in Property Law, to recruit a Legal Receptionist to join their busy office in Park Gate.You will be a warm people orientated person, with the ability to interact well with clients and colleagues.Responsibilities:

Responding to incoming telephone enquiries
Reviewing enquiries via e-mail and responding appropriately
Setting up client files
Prioritising tasks accordingly
Greeting clients and visitors in an approachable and friendly manner
Supporting with printing, scanning, and photocopying tasks
Providing administrative assistance across various departments (e.g.. document filing, data entry, organising client files)
Overseeing and organising meetings
General office administration

Requirements

Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal or professional services environment is desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience of working in a fast paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
