Legal Secretary – Private ClientHerne BaySalary dependent on experienceElite Touch Group are excited to be working with a well-established client who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their busy private client team , based at their Herne Bay office.As a Private Client Legal Secretary you will provide administrative support to one or more lawyers.The Role

Providing typing and administration support to one or more lawyers
Audio typing (BigHand)
Opening and closing files
Diary management, preparing lawyers for external meetings
Carry out money laundering and ID checks
Typing of legal documents, Wills, LPA’s, Estate Accounts
Witnessing wills
Liaise with Clients, Solicitors, Barristers Chambers
Attend client meetings
Assist with preparation of invoices
Taking credit card payments
Booking events, training etc
Assist with the marketing of the department

The Candidate

Ideally you will possess recent Private Client Experience, although those candidates with experience in other area’s of law will also be considered
Experience with all Microsoft Office packages , excellent Audio Typing skills
The ability to work to tight deadlines
Attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communications skills and a team player.
