Legal Secretary – Private ClientRomseySalary dependent on experienceElite Touch Group are excited to be working with their well-established client who are seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client department.If you have a background in private client and are looking to contribute to a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.The successful applicant will require the following skills:

• Experience in production of legal documents, making amendments when asked and using software to track changes and also preparing comparison documents;
• Competent diary management skills to include organising meetings and appointments;
• Preparation of client bills and client reporting;
• Responsibility for file maintenance and correspondence;
• General ad-hoc administration duties;
• Confident telephone manner handling telephone and face to face, with a sensitive approach, enquiries from clients and third parties;
• Strong audio and copy typing skills.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel. Experience with Lexis Nexis Smart Forms would be an advantage but not essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience together with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

Expected salary

£24000 – 26000 per year
