£30,000 – £35,000We are currently seeking a professional and motivated Legal Secretary to join a well-established and welcoming law firm based in South Bristol. You will be supporting a team of 2 to 3 fee earners within a larger department of 17 team members.Main DutiesProviding high quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earnersDigital dictation typing of legal correspondence, documents and reportsDiary management, arranging meetings and appointmentsHandling incoming calls and dealing with client enquiries in a friendly, professional mannerFiling, photocopying and other general office dutiesMaintaining confidentiality and compliance with legal procedures and standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary essentialStrong audio digital dictation typing skillsExcellent organisation and communication skillsAbility to work effectively within a busy, supportive team environmentGood attention to detail and a proactive attitudeDesirable:
Experience within clinical negligence or personal injury work would be an advantage, but is not essential
