Family Legal Secretary – ChichesterThe RoleAs an integral part of the team, you will provide a high quality secretarial and administrative service to Family department supporting busy Senior members of the team.Family Law experience is not necessary, legal secretaries can be trained within the relevant sector.About You

• You must be highly organised, motivated, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
• You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional support for your team and client care.
• The ideal candidate would have solid administrative experience and be used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment, including being proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook. However, it is not essential and training will be provided.
• Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
