Our client, a renowned full-service law firm located in the heart of the city, is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their Art team. This team collaborates with a diverse and exciting range of clients, including art collectors, dealers, museums, and galleries, providing support on both dispute resolution and transactional matters.If you are an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join an esteemed, award-winning team in a firm that fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, then please do apply!Key responsibilities:

• Diary management and meeting organisation
• Travel arrangements both nationally and internationally
• Support the fee earners with business development and marketing
• Preparation of documents, including legal documents, presentations and promotional materials
• Liaising with clients in a professional manner
• Work closely with the finance team to coordinate the billing process
• Open new matters, liaising with clients to collate necessary documents

Key experience and skills:

• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary / PA
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• This is a very busy team; therefore, it would suit a Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast paced environment
• The ability to work as part of a team

This firm are offering a competitive salary and 1 day a week working from home.
