This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal support role in a busy legal environment, where your fast typing skills and attention to detail will be highly valued.📍 Location: Luton
💷 Salary: £26,000 per annum + excellent benefits
⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm
📌 Job Type: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:

• Providing full secretarial support to the Residential Conveyancing department
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
• Audio typing and transcribing legal dictation with speed and accuracy
• Managing case files and documentation in line with compliance requirements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders professionally
• Maintaining diaries and organising appointments
• Supporting the wider legal team with administrative tasks

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a legal or office secretary (ideally in conveyancing or professional services)
• Fast, accurate audio typing skills are essential
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• A self-motivated team player with a positive, professional approach
