What you’ll doThis is a superb opportunity if you are looking to continue using your existing legal secretarial experience to take responsibility for the progression of legal cases from start to finish and to support the team in a secretarial capacity.In this role, you’ll:

  • Be a part of our market leading Charities and Private Wealth Disputes team.
  • Offer full legal secretarial support to the fee earners within a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle travel and diary management, ensuring fee earners are fully prepared for meetings.
  • Oversee matter setup, ensuring compliance with risk procedures.
  • Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house-style documents.
  • Respond to queries from clients and other stakeholders on behalf of your fee earners, ensuring excellent and clear communication at all times.

What we’re looking forAn experienced Legal Secretary who can demonstrate a proven track record of, and passion for, providing high quality secretarial support within a legal or professional services environment.

  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary supporting a team of Lawyers.
  • Concise and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and business aptitude.
  • A methodical approach with an extremely high level of attention to detail, content, and presentation of work.
  • Confident MS Office skills.
  • An interest or experience in a relevant area of law is preferred, but not essential.
  • A shared passion for innovation, collaboration, and achieving great things together.
