Day Rate: 105 – 115
Days: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Contract: Long-Term, Temp to PermAre you a Level 3 Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children in Key Stage 2? A welcoming mainstream primary school in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a dedicated and experienced TA to join their Year 4 class in September.This long-term role offers the chance to work closely with pupils within a Year 4 class, supporting both academic and social development in a stable, structured environment.Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting teaching and learning across Year 4
• Running small group interventions in literacy and numeracy
• Providing 1:1 support for pupils who may need additional guidance
• Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in the classroom
• Assisting with planning and delivering engaging learning activities

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• Has recent experience working in a KS2 setting
• Is confident supporting the national curriculum and preparing pupils for assessments
• Works well in a team and communicates clearly with staff and pupils
• Is looking for a long-term role and can commit to the full academic year
