📈 Boost sales & market share through customer interactions
✅ Convert queries into purchases and improve conversion rates
💡 Maintain expert product knowledge and stay up to date with training
🎯 Provide outstanding customer service & efficient responses
📦 Handle inventory management and offer market insights
📢 Engage in video presentations, scriptwriting, and translations
📚 Create & deliver training content to support team growth
☎ Assist the call center & support other tasks, including occasional out-of-hours work✔ Requirements:✅ Native/fluent in Dutch (C1+), fluent in English (B2)
✅ Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
✅ Academic degree is an advantage
✅ Strong communication & persuasion skills
✅ Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
✅ Computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency)
✅ Energetic & target-driven personality
