• Over 5 years of experience working on applied AI projects or exceptional knowledge (PhD is a plus)
• In-depth knowledge of Large Language Models, Knowledge Graphs, and Agent systems
• Exceptional communication skills in a customer-facing role
• Proven ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on innovative solutions
• Proficient in the LLM AI Python ecosystem, including frameworks such as HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and others
• Previous hands-on experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, GCP, and Azure
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently while also guiding and mentoring AI teams

We are seeking talented and innovative AI Developers with extensive experience in deploying production-ready applications of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly in LLM Agents and Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to join our Competency Center Data & Analytics. In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning systems to solve real-world challenges. ,[Lead the development of advanced AI and machine learning solutions using Large Language Models, with a focus on LLM Agents and Graph-based Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Architect and implement production-ready applications that leverage cutting-edge technologies to deliver impactful AI products, Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and ideate on potential AI solutions, Stay at the forefront of AI research by exploring and experimenting with new approaches in LLMs, Graph ML, Agents, and RAG, Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies, ensuring that the AI team uses the best technology available, Lead customer meetings to present ideas, gather feedback, and iteratively refine AI solutions based on real-world use cases and feedback] Requirements: LLM, RAG, Python, GraphML, Azure/AWS/GCP Additionally: Training budget, Private healthcare, Small teams, Sport subscription, Free coffee, No dress code, Free breakfast, Startup atmosphere, Modern office.
