LMR – Social Media & Digital Manager

Job Summary

LMR Naturals by IFF is a leader in naturals crafting premium, high-quality ingredients for perfumery, cosmetics, and flavors. From integrated sourcing to cutting-edge technologies, we are committed to sustainability and innovation to extract the best of nature.

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media & Digital Manager to join our marketing team. This new role will elevate our brand presence and enhance our digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Implement social media planning to boost LMR brand awareness and engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and report on social media performance, including competitive analysis.
• Recommend and produce new content ideas aligned with corporate strategy communication, and commercial strategy.
• Digital Communication:
• Regularly update content on the LMR Naturals website with current, relevant, and engaging content.
• Develop LMR newsletter for both internal and external audiences, ensuring content is aligned with brand messaging.
• Analyze digital metrics and provide regular reports.
• Identify and implement new digital technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the scent communication team to produce high-quality content that aligns with brand guidelines and showcase our expertise in natural ingredients.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing and communication.
• Fluent English (oral & written) is required.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of digital communication and creative execution related to social media
• Experience in the luxury sector or fragrance industry a must.
• Excellent skills in writing, visual and esthetic sense, presentation, and communication.
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools capabilities.
• Knowledge of online marketing and major marketing channels.
• Positive attitude and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.
