Additional languages will be a plusStart Date: April 24thAs a Local Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a team of Language Data Analysts, ensuring that both accuracy and output are up to our client’s standards and requirements. The project you will be working on involves the improvement of a major Virtual Assistant through data collection and labeling and you will be a key element in our office.Job DutiesAs a Local Coordinator, you will start off by training in transcription and grading tasks. You need to be very familiar with the guidelines and rules.

• Ensuring security and confidentiality requirements are adhered to
• Onboarding new Language Data Analysts
• Training, monitoring, leading, and managing a group of around 30 or more Language Data Analysts
• Communicating progress and output to the client
• Updating existing procedures
• Identifying ways to efficiently train new and retain existing staff
• Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

• Excellent listening, reading, and speaking skills in English
• Ability to understand and apply complex guidelines
• Ability to lead and manage a large number of people
• Ability to work under a lot of pressure
• Great organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and iOS software
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience, preferably managing teams
• Proactive mindset
