Join our team as a Local IT Trainee and discover your potential in the automotive technology sector.Key responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to local colleagues, assisting with hardware, software, connectivity, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and network devices.
• Ensure technical issues and service requests are promptly logged and tracked until resolution, under supervision.
• Support the team in installing and upgrading operating systems and core applications (e.g., Microsoft Windows, MS Office Suite).
• Assist in the administration of user accounts, access rights, and security credentials in accordance with Autoliv guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure IT services, with guidance from mentors.
• Help maintain IT documentation, inventory records, and process instructions.

Your profile:

• Currently studying towards or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Keen interest in IT systems, hardware, and new technologies.
• Previous internship, part-time IT experience, or relevant academic project work is advantageous but not required.
• Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and operating system environments.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong willingness and ability to learn in a fast-paced, supportive setting.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding high IT service standards.
• Fluent in English.
