EMEA Regulatory Reporting Citi Solutions Centre (CSC) in Budapest is a key part of the Finance function. It is Citi’s pioneering centre on a global scale where local regulatory reporting professionals work together in a central location, to ensure consistent quality of local regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions and legal vehicles. The department’s role encompasses from end to end the reporting processes centralized in the CSC for regulated legal vehicles in the EMEA region. Understand requirements and challenges from reporting teams.Review and understand regulatory requirements for Basel3/CRR2.Raise data gaps and data accuracy issues using Citi’s IMR process.Perform data quality remediation activities (e.g. build proper daily data sourcing to ensure consistent results with month-end for balance sheet data, ensure completeness of data used for reporting by additional acquisition of data).Prepare documentation of new processes and user guides for new systems and maintains these documents.Liaise with multiple departments at global, regional and country level at various levels of seniority to resolve issues.Provide support to CSC and country Finance teams on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. audits, regulatory inquiries). Support reporting team in testing process.Support the work of the Financial Reporting Group Manager by executing further relevant tasks he/she allocates.What do we expect from our Finance Business Analyst?4+ years of experience in financial or risk regulatory reporting or system implementation roles.University/College degree (in Finance/Accounting is an advantage but not a must and we are open to other majors).Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written English.Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines.Familiarity with COREP, Basel3 regulations and capital markets.Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.Advanced MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with advanced data tools (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc.) is an advantage.
