Locum Legal Assistant – South West – Full Time – Remote WorkingVenn Group are actively recruiting for a Legal Assistant to support a busy department in a Local Authority for a minimum term of 3 – 6 months on a fully remote working basis.Day to day duties include:

• Carrying out bundling, utilizing case management system and update case notes for an Employment Legal Department
• Answering incoming calls and signposting to relevant department as necessary and taking notes and messages in relation to case files
• Assisting with various aspects of file management by qualified Solicitor
• Undertaking legal tasks as directed and under supervision, including preparing court bundles, collating exhibits
• Drafting letters and drafting court documents
• Ensuring all alpha-numeric data entry is carried out accurately and dealt with all administration including filing, faxing and indexing
• Assisting in the preparation of files for various orders and employment tribunals
