As a Social Worker you will provide professional support to individuals and families, assessing their needs and implementing care plans to enhance well-being. You will collaborate with other professionals, offer emotional and practical support, ensure compliance with social work legislation, and advocate for service users.Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need a current and valid Social Work England registration. Strong communication skills, the ability to work independently and within a team, and a commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability from Monday to Friday with flexibility where possible.
