Developing concepts to improve quality and efficiency based on feedback from our customers (Voice of the Customer).You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met whilst serving as liaison between sales and operations teams.Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs and other related duties may be assigned.Preferred Experience and Education

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of Operations and/or Logistics background.
• Experience working in “best in class” operations organizations.
• Excellent written, presentation, and English communications skills,
• Advanced level of experience with MS Software. Experience with SAP ECC/EWM/TMS is a pre
• Experience driving projects and metrics.
