Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world’s original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities.Position SummaryWe’re looking for a Customs & Logistics for Export Sales in Reggio Emilia Location.Main responsibilities– Manage all customs documentations Extra-cee to Subsidiaries and Direct Customers (also issue of courier’s AWB), enabling the achievement of monthly turnover targets for DMSI with related Archive;– Fill Origin Certification and asks for issuing of Italian chamber of commerce;– Manage of Credit Letter or other documentation required by directs customer;– Management of triangular operations and Issues of related documentationJob Position RequirementsEducation: University master degree – International languages/Economy or similarProfessional background2 years of experience in the same or similar role related to customs documents and strong motivation to learn quicklyHard skillsEssential:EnglishFollowing procedures and processAbility to communicate with customers and forwardersAccuracy in each steps activitiesChange Management / Result orientedConsidered as a plus:Open mind to manage changeOthers languages: German, Chinese etc..Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Advanced excel – preferred) + SapSoft skillsStrong motivation,Proactivity – strong sense of responsibilityPositive attitudes and behaviours to taking initiativeTeam Working Oriented“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
